Two-Stage Diagnostic Models for Kidney Rejection with Economic Framework

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Purpose: Urine chemokines (UC) CXCL9 and CXCL10 are promising biomarkers for monitoring posttransplant kidney rejection; however, their use in conjunction with other biomarkers has not been thoroughly studied. This study evaluates UC's diagnostic and economic performance for detecting rejection when integrated with Blood Gene Expression (GEP) and Cell-Free DNA (dd-cfDNA) tests.
