Identification of Anti-A2 Alloreactive Quasi-Public CD8+ T Cell Meta-Clonotypes via Bulk and Paired TCR Sequencing

Type: article
Abstract: Purpose: TCR sequencing of blood samples has emerged as a promising, non-invasive tool for detecting T cell responses to pathogens. This approach provides valuable insights into prior immune exposure and the magnitude of ongoing immune responses. Here, we employed TCR sequencing to identify common TCR signatures resulting from direct alloreactivity against HLA-A*02:01. These signatures could serve as key markers for quantifying the allo-response induced by A2 mismatch in transplant patients.
