Abstract: Purpose: The Model for Urgency for Liver Transplantation in Hepatocellular Carcinoma (multiHCC) was developed to prioritize patients with HCC on the transplant waiting list. multiHCC is a static model that uses data from a single time point to predict waitlist dropout at 6 months. Here, we examine the extent to which a dynamic model incorporating longitudinal changes can enhance prediction accuracy.
