Abstract: Purpose: Chronic active antibody-mediated rejection (CAMR) is characterized by transplant glomerulopathy involving glomerular endothelial cells (GEC), NK cells, and macrophages. Spatial genomics can yield mechanistic insights not appreciable by bulk and single-cell RNA techniques to capture pathogenetically relevant molecular interactions within the graft.
