Abstract: Purpose: The ADAPT trial (NCT05017545) seeks to desensitize patients awaiting kidney transplantation who have very high calculated panel-reactive antibody (cPRA) > 99.9% in order to enable successful renal transplantation using a donor kidney with negative crossmatch and to promote rejection-free graft survival.
