Abstract: Purpose: Kidney transplant providers anecdotally report receiving many non-transplantable deceased donor (DD) kidney offers. With increasing procurement of sub-optimal DD, predicting DD kidneys with a very low probability of being transplanted might help identify futile organ placement efforts and enable new opportunities to improve placement efficiency.
