Abstract: Purpose: Adolescents and young adults (AYA) recipients of organ transplants are believed to have risk of sexually transmitted infections higher than their healthy peers. However, there is no identified research on sexual health in transplant AYA. This study aimed to assess kidney and heart transplant AYA patients’ sexual practices and knowledge of sexual health to better understand the need for sexual health education.
