Abstract: 支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)是全球最常见的儿童慢性疾病之一，对儿童的健康和生活质量造成了严重影响。对儿童哮喘患者实行长期规范化管理，是哮喘慢性病防治的重要内容。随着互联网的普及和信息技术的快速发展，远程医疗作为一种新兴的医疗模式，在儿童哮喘管理中展现出巨大潜力，并取得了积极的成效。现就远程医疗在儿童哮喘管理中的研究进展作一综述，以期为医护工作者提供参考。Bronchial asthma (commonly referred to as asthma) is one of the most common chronic diseases among children worldwide, severely affecting their health and quality of life. Long-term standardized management for pediatric asthma patients is a critical component of asthma’s chronic disease prevention and treatment. With the widespread use of the internet and the rapid development of information technology, telemedicine, as an emerging healthcare model, has shown great potential in pediatric asthma management and has achieved positive results. This review summarizes the research progress on telemedicine in pediatric asthma management, with the aim of providing references for healthcare workers.
