Abstract: 对近年来针灸治疗难治性面瘫作一综述，从诊治思路(陈年痼寒，寒者热之；调和阴阳，温阳补虚；久病必瘀，祛瘀生新；在筋守筋，以筋诊病；久病必虚，健侧取之)方面，对临床各种针灸相关治疗进行总结：针灸及相关疗法疗效明确，种类繁多，且安全性较高，可根据个体化差异，采用不同针灸治法，随证治之，值得临床研究与推广。In recent years, the treatment of refractory facial paralysis with acupuncture was reviewed, and the clinical treatments were summarized from the ideas of diagnosis and treatment (old chronic cold, warming the cold; harmonizing yin and yang, warming the yang and replenishing the deficiency; prolonged illness must have stasis, eliminating stasis and generating new ones; guarding the tendons and diagnosing the disease with the tendons; prolonged illness must have a deficiency, and the healthy side of the body is taken): the therapeutic effects of acupuncture and the related therapies are clear, there are a variety of therapies and their safety are high, and different acupuncture treatments are available according to the differences in individualization. Treat according to the symptoms, which is worthy of clinical research and promotion.
