Abstract: Thrombocytosis is a common incidental finding observed in both symptomatic and asymptomatic patients.It can pose a significant diagnostic challenge.Reaching an accurate diagnosis is crucial, as treatment strategies differ considerably.Moreover, it may uncover severe underlying condition.In this report, we describe a clinical case of a patient with extreme thrombocytosis, that ultimately reveled an underlying pheochromocytoma.
