Abstract: The moral decline among students and the misuse of social media reflect the weakness of character formation in modern education. Islam, through the hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), offers a holistic and transformative model of character education. This study aims to examine Islamic character values from the perspective of hadith and their implications for education. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach based on literature study, the research identifies values such as honesty, trustworthiness, compassion, justice, patience, love of knowledge, time discipline, and sincerity as the core of Islamic character education. Hadiths serve not only as theological sources but also as practical guidelines for shaping well-rounded individuals. This study recommends the integration of hadith-based values as a strategic approach to developing Muslim generations with integrity and noble character
