Abstract: The article considers the issues of the methodology of experimental determination of suspension effects ∆рН and ∆Eh with the purpose of subsequent study on this basis of the parameters of the double electric layer (DEL) in clay soils. The developed additional equipment and software tools that allow automating the meas- urement process are described. It is shown that the proposed methodology allows taking into account side effects that complicate the measurements of pH and Eh in suspensions, as well as increasing the accuracy of measure- ments and the reliability of the results obtained.
