Abstract: Low employee productivity is one of the problems that often occurs in companies, so companies can overcome these problems and compete with other companies, and quality human resources are needed. This study was conducted as one way to find out what factors can affect the level of employee work productivity. The number of samples used was 65 respondents, and the sampling technique used was the Non Probability Sampling technique, data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of the study showed that communication and work discipline variables had a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. The work training variable did not have a positive and significant effect on work productivity.
