Abstract: This research aims to determine the effect of financial performance on share prices by implementing corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable. The number of samples used in this research is 6 companies in the infrastructure sector, telecommunications sub-sector, which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2017 to 2022. Testing hypothesis analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of hypothesis testing in this research prove that Return on Assets (ROA) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a positive effect on stock prices. However, Return on Equity (ROE) has no effect on share prices. This research is also able to prove the ability of Corporate Social Responsibilty (CSR) to moderate the influence of Net Profit Margin (NPM) on stock prices. However, it is unable to moderate the influence of Return on Assets (ROA) adan Return on Equity (ROE) on share prices.
