The Effect of Technology Innovation and Managerial Overconfidence on Firm Value in Indonesia Listed Companies

Abstract: This research empirically investigates the impact of innovation technology and management overconfidence on firm value among companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2021 to 2023. Employing purposive sampling, a total of 29 cyclical and non-cyclical companies, yielding 87 data points, were selected for analysis. Multiple regression analysis revealed that both innovation technology and management overconfidence significantly influence firm value. These findings contribute to understanding the drivers of firm value in the Indonesian context.
