Abstract: 骶髂关节痛的病因较为复杂，涉及生物力学失衡、炎症反应以及神经压迫等多种因素。近年来，中西医结合疗法在缓解疼痛、纠正关节紊乱以及恢复功能方面显示出了显著的优势。本文基于近年来的临床研究成果，从病因病机、诊断评估以及治疗策略等多个方面进行综合阐述，旨在为临床实践提供有益的参考。The etiology of sacroiliac joint pain is rather complex, involving multiple factors such as biomechanical imbalance, inflammatory response, and nerve compression. In recent years, the integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has shown significant advantages in relieving pain, correcting joint disorders and restoring functions. Based on the clinical research achievements in recent years, this article comprehensively elaborates from multiple aspects such as etiology and pathogenesis, diagnosis and evaluation, and treatment strategies, aiming to provide useful references for clinical practice.
