The results of the research comprehensively analyzed the issues of forming innovation management goals considering the conditions of martial law in Ukraine and their impact on the substantiation of the model for innovative development of the technical and technological potential of agrarian enterprises. The carried out analysis underscored the critical role of innovation management in ensuring the viability and further development of agrarian enterprises in Ukraine, especially under martial law and during post-war recovery. Priority tasks, such as ensuring the continuity of the production process, minimizing the war-related risks, optimizing logistics, and overcoming resource shortages, demonstrate exceptional sensitivity to scientific and technological progress. Furthermore, principles of adaptability, resource optimization, rapid implementation, innovative security, and cluster cooperation create a synergistic matrix that forms the basis for a sustainable and competitive agribusiness. Attention has been given to the sensitivity of innovation management goals to scientific and technological progress in modern agribusiness. It is proved that innovations in the activities of agrarian enterprises should be viewed as the foundation of the resilience and development of agribusiness in the context of crisis transformations. It is substantiated that purposeful management of innovations is a necessary condition not only for recovery but also for the qualitative transformation of the agrarian sector of Ukraine, ensuring its integration into global markets and strengthening the food security of the State.
