Abstract: This study explores the mechanism of combination of Lilii Bulbus and Amomi Fructus(LBAF) used by Gan Aiping in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) based on network pharmacology. The active components of Lilii Bulbus(LB) and Amomi Fructus(AF) and their corresponding targets were identified using the TCMSP database, and the targets related to CAG were obtained by integrating the GeneCards and OMIM databases. A total of 124 targets for LBAF in treating CAG were identified through matching analysis. Further construction of the drug - component - gene - target network revealed five key active components. Through PPI network analysis and GO and KEGG enrichment analysis, it was found that LBAF may exert its therapeutic effects by regulating key targets such as TP53, SRC, and HSP90AA1, as well as signaling pathways like Pathways in cancer. This study has elucidated the potential molecular mechanisms of LBAF in treating CAG and provided a theoretical basis for its clinical application.
