Abstract: This study addresses the critical question of how consumer goods brands achieve strategic resilience during systemic shocks, through examining Jellycat's 72% revenue surge (£146M, FY2022) and 30% net margins amidst the pandemic (2019-2023). Building on crisis management theories by Sheffi & Rice (2005), we propose a tripartite analytical model integrating demand insight, value creation, and competitive barrier engineering. Key findings reveal three resilience mechanisms: 1) Neurosensory monetization through 5μm tactile textiles and 0.35-0.45 rebound coefficients generated 2.3× price premiums, outperforming industry's 1.7× average; 2) Artificial scarcity systems (30% annual product retirement) created 800% secondary market premium, establishing collector-driven demand elasticity; 3) Glocalization paradoxes manifested in 12% logistics cost inflation despite 42% UGC-driven cross-border sales.
