Abstract: Tailored anesthetic management is crucial for pediatric patients with inborn metabolic disorders like CPT-1 deficiency and conditions, such as viral myositis. Avoiding inhalational anesthetics and succinylcholine, using glucose infusion, safe anesthetics, and appropriate monitoring are essential to prevent metabolic crises and malignant hyperthermia during surgery, ensuring patient safety.
