Abstract: Dieulafoy's lesion, though rare in children, should be considered in cases of severe gastrointestinal bleeding. Early recognition and prompt endoscopic combination therapy with hemostatic clipping and adrenaline injection are essential for successful outcomes and preventing life-threatening complications.
