Abstract: This research aims to develop an educational tourism model based on outbound games in Kalipasang Kopeng National Park as a learning tool for students. The main focus of this research is to design an innovative and effective educational tourism program and evaluate the program's effectiveness in improving students' character. The research method used is descriptive qualitative analysis, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the research are expected to make a significant contribution to the development of educational tourism that is interesting and relevant for students, as well as providing benefits for Kalipasang Kopeng National Park as a sustainable tourist destination. In addition, it is expected that the educational tourism model based on outbound games developed can improve students' character education, such as concern for the environment, cooperation, and leadership. This educational tourism program can be an effective learning model to improve students' character education.
