Abstract: 本文阐述了智慧立案的研究进展，从萌芽阶段的电子化探索，到初步发展阶段的算法辅助，再到全面铺开阶段的体系构建，直至当前的多维度综合分析技术应用，展现了智慧立案技术的不断演进。同时，文章探讨了智慧立案的核心功能及应用场景，如智能识别与自动审查、智能系统辅助决策等，并展望了其未来发展方向，包括自动化纠纷解决、应用交互模式创新等。此外，本文还分析了智慧立案面临的问题，如智慧立案与人工立案的关系、法学原则的冲突等，并提出了相应的发展建议。总体而言，智慧立案不仅是技术革新，更是司法制度的重要变革，其成功实施将推动司法现代化进程，为法治中国建设贡献力量。This paper reviews the research progress of intelligent case-filing, illustrating its continuous evolution from the embryonic stage of electronic exploration, through the initial development stage of algorithm-assisted operations, to the comprehensive deployment stage of system construction, and up to the current stage of applying multi-dimensional comprehensive analysis technologies. Meanwhile, the paper delves into the core functions and application scenarios of intelligent case-filing, such as intelligent identification and automatic review, as well as intelligent system-assisted decision-making. It also looks ahead to its future development directions, including automated dispute resolution and innovation in application interaction modes. In addition, this paper analyzes the problems faced by intelligent case-filing, such as the relationship between intelligent and manual case-filing, and conflicts with legal principles, and proposes corresponding development suggestions. Overall, intelligent case-filing represents not only a technological innovation but also an important transformation of the judicial system. Its successful implementation will propel the process of judicial modernization and contribute to the construction of a rule-of-law China.
