Abstract: 近年来，校园欺凌事件成为社会关注的议题。本文立足于《家庭教育促进法》，聚焦校园欺凌防治问题。通过研究发现当前校园欺凌防治存在相关法治机制不完善、学生边界认定模糊、家庭教育缺失以及学校法治教育不到位等问题，基于此，本文从立法、家庭、学校等主体入手，完善校园欺凌防治法治机制，强化家庭在法治教育与品德培养中的关键作用，明确欺凌边界，创新学校法治教育模式，多方协同构建校园欺凌防治体系，护航学生健康成长。In recent years, school bullying incidents have become a topic of social concern. This article, based on the “Family Education Promotion Law”, focuses on the issue of preventing and controlling school bullying. Through research, it is found that there are problems such as incomplete relevant legal mechanisms, ambiguous boundaries of students’ behavior, lack of family education, and inadequate legal education in schools in the current prevention and control of school bullying. Based on this, this article starts from the subjects of legislation, family, and school, to improve the legal mechanism for preventing and controlling school bullying, strengthen the key role of families in legal education and moral cultivation, clarify the boundaries of bullying, innovate school legal education models, and jointly build a prevention and control system for school bullying through multi-party collaboration, to safeguard the healthy growth of students.
