Type: article
Abstract: The article examines the methodology of scientific research in the field of management from the standpoint of sociophilosophical analysis. The purpose of this study is to substantiate the need for and develop a conceptual approach to the methodology of scientific research in the field of management based on socio-philosophical analysis, taking into account the current challenges and needs of the humanization of management science. Objectives of the study: 1) To study the philosophical foundations of scientific knowledge that can be applied in management research; 2) to define the specifics of the socio-philosophical approach to understanding management activities; 3) to highlight the unresolved aspects of methodological culture in management and outline the ways to address them; 4) to propose an interdisciplinary model of research methodology that combines philosophical and practical aspects of management; 5) to reveal the potential of the socio-philosophical approach for the formation of critical thinking, ethical responsibility and strategic vision in modern managers. The author emphasizes the need to integrate the philosophical understanding of management activities into the process of scientific cognition. It is noted that traditional technocratic approaches to management do not provide a complete understanding of the complex socio-cultural processes that underlie modern management. The key aspects of the socio-philosophical approach, its importance for the formation of ethical responsibility, strategic thinking and interdisciplinary methodological culture are determined. The conceptual foundations of an updated methodology of scientific research in management, which takes into account social, cultural and moral factors in management processes, are developed. The practical significance of the study is to develop and substantiate an interdisciplinary methodological model that combines philosophical and practical approaches to management. The proposed conceptual solutions contribute to increasing the efficiency of management decisions, developing systemic and critical thinking among managers, as well as forming an ethical management culture. The results obtained can be used in educational programs, corporate training, as well as in the development of management strategies and policies in various organizations, which will ensure more adaptive and responsible management in the face of the current challenges of the digital age.
