Abstract: This study aims to analyze employee performance, efforts to improve performance, and the obstacles encountered in enhancing employee performance at CV Balon Jaya, Tangerang. A qualitative research method with a case study approach was used to gain an in-depth understanding of social phenomena in the workplace. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and descriptive analysis. The findings indicate that employee performance is considered fairly good, with an average score of 4.28.
