Abstract: Urachal cysts are rare congenital anomalies, often asymptomatic and incidentally diagnosed, caused by abnormal persistence or incomplete obliteration of the urachus. We report a 38-year-old female with lower abdominal pain and UTI symptoms, incidentally found to have a non-infected urachal cyst on CT imaging. Managed conservatively with antibiotics, the case underscores the importance of individualized treatment and vigilant follow-up to monitor potential complications.
