Abstract: The article provides an analysis of the main savings accounts in the UAE. An analysis of crypto savings accounts in Arab countries is given. An analysis of the main savings accounts in Russia, an analysis of crypto savings accounts in Russia is conducted. A comparison of profitability and risks is given. Recommendations for investors in choosing a strategy in Russia and the UAE are presented. A comparative analysis of savings accounts in cryptocurrency and traditional instruments in Russia and Arab countries is considered according to key criteria of profitability, risks, regulatory environment, including recommendations for investors.
