Abstract: This study explores how emerging technologies such as virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and artificial intelligence (AI) influence teamwork efficiency and the quality of results in collaborative university projects. Based on primary data obtained through surveys administered to 100 students and semi-structured interviews with 25 faculty members, the study analyzes the impact of these tools on key aspects such as communication, coordination, motivation, and problem-solving within teams. The results indicate that the use of immersive technologies significantly improves the quality of final products and promotes greater equitable participation among team members. However, factors such as technical training, technological infrastructure, and digital divides remain significant challenges for their effective implementation. This study concludes that, although these technologies have great potential to transform teamwork dynamics, their success depends on inclusive educational policies and ongoing training programs.
