Abstract: This study investigates the factors influencing the effectiveness of Agile Project Management (APM) in Indonesia. The research focuses on the impact of organizational influence, project management methodologies, and team challenges on APM effectiveness. While much research has been conducted on APM, there are limited studies that integrate organization, system, and people factors into one research. A quantitative approach was used through a survey distributed to Indonesian professionals with experience in APM, and it was discovered that organizational influence has a positive effect on both project management methodologies and APM effectiveness. Project management methodologies act as a mediating factor, positively influencing APM effectiveness, and Team challenges negatively moderate the relationship between organizational influence and APM effectiveness. These results underscore the importance of organizational influence and effective project management methodology in achieving agile project success.
