Abstract: Artificial deep-water channels play a crucial role in water transportation. Strengthening the maintenance dredging of artificial deep-water channels can create favorable conditions for the normal entry and exit of vessels. Taking the maintenance dredging project of Tianjin Port Compound Channel as an example, this paper proposes a digital channel water depth analysis method to address the issue of significant discrepancies between the expenses incurred in channel maintenance and the annual budget.
