Abstract: With the continuous development of manufacturing industry, the efficiency and accuracy of production logistics have become key factors affecting the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper focuses on the material distribution process between the production line and the wafer room, and conducts in-depth research on automatic material calling and functional integration strategies, aiming to solve the problems existing in the current manual material calling and loading process and improve the overall efficiency of production logistics. By elaborating on the automatic material calling module The interaction process between MES and RCS provides comprehensive theoretical support and practical guidance for optimizing production logistics in the manufacturing industry.
