Analyzing the psychological stressors of college students based on XGBoost algorithm: Precise insights and intervention strategies
Year: 2025
Type: conference-paper
Abstract: In this study, we analyzed the psychological stressors of post-00 college students using the XGBoost algorithm, constructing a high-precision prediction model with accuracy of 0.97 and AUC value of 0.99. Key stressors identified include balancing family responsibilities and personal development, value diversification confusion, and adapting to geographic-economic differences. Compared to previous studies, these stressors reflect distinctive contemporary features, particularly related to family concepts, value diversification, digitalization, and consumer culture. Based on these findings, targeted intervention strategies were proposed at the school, family, and social levels to promote the psychological health of post-00 students and provide a reference for comprehensive and high-accuracy analysis of psychological stressors.
