Abstract: Adolescent girls displaced by armed conflict face compounded risks to their mental and reproductive health. In Port Sudan, mass displacement between 2023 and 2025 created acute humanitarian conditions, prompting this study's investigation into trauma-related menstrual challenges. Objectives: To examine the prevalence and severity of psychosocial trauma and its correlation with menstrual and reproductive health disturbances among displaced adolescent girls. The study further explores sociodemographic modifiers influencing these outcomes.
