Abstract: This study aims to analyze and determine (1) the influence of participative leadership style on employee job satisfaction, (2) the influence of non-physical work environment on employee job satisfaction at CV. Citra Nusantara Bukittinggi. This study was conducted on employees of CV. Citra Nusantara Bukittinggi. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study are employees of CV. Citra Nusantara Bukittinggi. with the sampling technique in this study is total sampling using all employees, as many as 46 people. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, f tests, t tests and determinant coefficients. Where the analysis was carried out using SPSS 22 with an alpha of 0.05. The results of the study show that (1) The Effect of Participative Leadership Style on Employee Job Satisfaction, (2) The Effect of Non-Physical Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction at CV. Citra Nusantara Bukittinggi.
