Abstract: The article highlights the relevance of innovative development and technological modernization as decisive factors for ensuring economic resilience and sustainable growth in Ukraine under conditions of military confrontation, deep socio-economic transformations, and global challenges. It is noted that the war has become a catalyst for rethinking approaches to economic policy, where innovation, digital transformation, and high technologies must shape a new development paradigm. Particular attention is paid to the role of public administration, European integration processes, and modernization strategies as prerequisites for building a competitive future economy.
