Abstract: هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على دور الإدارة المدرسية في الحد من السلوك العدواني لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس الحكومية والخاصة بمدينة درنة بعد كارثة الفيضان، كما يهدف إلى التعرف على أشكال السلوك العدواني لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية، ومعرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا بين استجابات أفراد العينة حول دور الإدارة المدرسية في الحد من السلوك العدواني حول أشكال السلوك العدواني لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية بالمدارس الحكومية والخاصة تعزى للمتغيرات (تبعية المدرسة: حكومية /خاصة)، جنس طلبة المدرسة (ذكور/ إناث/ مختلطة)؛ ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم المنهج الوصفي، وتم استخدام الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، وتكونت عينة البحث من (260) معلم ومعلمة تم اختيارها بأسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة، وتوصل البحث إلى أن دور الإدارة المدرسية في حل المشكلات المدرسية جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، وجاء دورها بدرجة منخفضة في الاهتمام بالجوانب التحفيزية، والأنشطة المدرسية، وفي دعم مشاركة المعلمين وأولياء أمور الطلبة ومؤسسات المجتمع الأخرى في الحد من السلوك العدواني لدى الطلبة، كما أظهرت النتائج أن أكثر أشكال السلوك العدواني انتشاراً بين الطلبة "الكتابة على جدران المبنى المدرسي"، فقد جاء بالمرتبة الأولى، وشتم الطلبة جاء بالمرتبة الثانية، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً حول دور الإدارة المدرسية فيما يتعلق بالطرق المتبعة في الحد من السلوك العدواني لدى الطلبة تعزى لمتغير تبعية المدرسة، وكان لصالح المدارس الخاصة، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا حول دور الإدارة المدرسية تعزى لمتغير جنس طلبة المدرسة، وكان لصالح مدارس الإناث والمدارس المختلطة، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً حول أشكال السلوك العدواني تعزى لمتغير تبعية المدرسة، وكان لصالح المدارس الحكومية، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا حول أشكال السلوك العدواني تعزى لمتغير جنس طلبة المدرسة، وكان لصالح مدارس الذكور. This research aimed to investigate the role of school administration in reducing aggressive behavior among secondary school students from the point of view of the government and private school's teachers in Derna city after the flooding disaster. It also aimed to identify the forms of aggressive behavior among secondary school students, and to find out if there were any statistically significant differences between the responses of participants regarding; the role of school administration in reducing aggressive behavior, the forms of aggressive behavior among secondary school students in the government and private schools due to the variables of school dependency: (government/private), and the gender of school students: (male/ female/ mixed). To achieve the aims of the research, the descriptive approach was employed, and a questionnaire was used as a main tool to collect data, the research sample consisted of (260) male and female teachers who were selected using a simple random sampling method. The findings of the research revealed that the role of school administration in related to solving school problems came to a high degree, and it's role came to a low degree of interest in terms of motivational aspects, school's activities, and in supporting the participation of teachers, student's parents and other community institutions in reducing aggressive behavior among students, the most widespread forms of aggressive behavior is writing on the walls of school building which ranked first, and cursing students which ranked second. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences between the responses of participants regarding the role of school administration with regard the method used in reducing aggressive behavior among students due to the variable of school dependency, and was in favor of private schools, there were statistically significant differences regarding the role of school administration due to the variable of the gender of school student, and was in favor of female and mixed school, there were statistically significant differences regarding the forms of aggressive behavior due to the variable of the school dependency which was in favor of government schools, and there were statistically significant differences regarding the forms of aggressive behavior due to the variable of the gender of school students and which was in favor of male schools.
