Abstract: This paper focuses on the innovation of sustainable infrastructure system management, and deeply discusses its strategy and implementation guarantee. In the aspect of management innovation strategy, it puts forward multi-dimensional innovation measures covering management concepts, systems, planning and decision-making methods, construction and operation modes, and environmental and social management. The innovation of management concepts is guided by sustainable development and integrated with multiple ideas; The innovation of management system defines the role of multiple subjects and constructs a collaborative mechanism; The innovation of planning decision-making method introduces advanced methods and establishes an evaluation model; Innovating the construction and operation mode and promoting the green and new cooperation mode; Environmental and social management innovation strengthens evaluation and management and establishes a risk response mechanism. At the level of implementation guarantee, policies and regulations guarantee to create an institutional environment by improving policies and strengthening supervision; Technical support promotes management change with a variety of advanced technologies; Personnel training clearly needs and provides manpower support through professional education and training; The demand and source of capital guarantee are discussed, and suggestions are put forward to broaden channels and improve efficiency. On the whole, the innovation of sustainable infrastructure system management is a systematic project, which needs the coordinated promotion of strategy and guarantee to realize the coordinated development of economy, society and environment, and needs to be continuously optimized and improved in the future.
