Abstract: Background: The high mortality rate due to non-communicable diseases (NCDs) reaches around 41 million or 74% of the total deaths in the world each year. By 2023, the elderly in Bali Province will reach 892.9 thousand people (19.99% of the population). Increasing the role of the Integrated Service Post is the shared responsibility of the community, including cadres, who not only provide health information but also encourage people to visit the Integrated Service Post and implement a clean and healthy lifestyle. Purpose: This study analyses the relationship between individual characteristics and job satisfaction with the performance of elderly cadres. Methods: This study is included in correlational research with a cross-sectional method using a total sampling method with a sample size of 34 elderly cadres. Data were collected through questionnaires to obtain information on individual characteristics and job satisfaction levels, and using observation sheets to evaluate cadre performance using the chi-square test. Result: This study assessed individual characteristics, including age, education, and tenure. Findings indicated no significant relationship between age (p=0,566), education (p=0,474), or tenure (p=0,292) with the performance of elderly cadres. However, job satisfaction showed a significant relationship with performance (p=0.001) Implication: Future researchers can make this research a reference in conducting more in-depth research related to the relationship between individual characteristics and performance, and factors that influence job satisfaction, and a source of literature in developing strategies to improve the performance of Integrated Service Post cadres.
