Synthesis and Cytotoxic Activity of New Organotin Complexes

Abstract: A number of new organotin complexes based on 1,1-dichloro-1-stanna-3,3,5,5,7,7-hexamethyl-3,5,7-trisila-4,6-dioxa-cyclooctane and mono- and bidentate ligands were synthesized. The in vitro anticancer activity of the complexes obtained was studied on a number of human cancer cell lines.
