Abstract: Type II Heterojunction In order to avoid the misuse and confusion of the classification and naming of different types of heterojunction in photocatalysis, this review categorizes Type II heterojunctions into O-scheme, Z-scheme and S-scheme heterojunctions according to different transfer paths of photocarriers.
