Abstract: The study aims to enhance citizen satisfaction with public administrative services at the Tan Thanh District Public Administration Center, Long An Province. The data sample consists of 240 survey forms collected from June to July 2024. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) was used, and the results indicate that four factors affect citizen satisfaction: material resources, competence, empathy, and service attitude. Based on these findings, several managerial implications are proposed to improve service quality and citizen satisfaction with public administrative services at the Tan Thanh District Public Administration Center, Long An Province.
