Abstract: This community service activity aims to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pagaruyung Village, Tapung District through training in making processed pineapple products. This village has great potential in the MSME sector, especially pineapple farming, but has not been optimally utilized due to limited knowledge, skills, and market access. Through lecture methods, direct practice, and question and answer sessions, this activity provides education on MSME development strategies, as well as training in making value-added products such as pineapple chips and sweets. The target of the activity is the local MSME community. The expected results are increased knowledge, skills, and motivation of the community in managing businesses based on local potential, which ultimately supports sustainable village economic growth.
