Abstract: :This study aims to describe and analyze the role of school principals' supervision in creating an innovative learning environment at school. Effective supervision not only functions as a monitoring tool but also as a means of coaching and developing teachers' professionalism. The school principal plays a strategic role in fostering a culture of innovation through a participatory, collaborative, and sustainable supervision approach. This research employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The findings indicate that structured supervision focused on improving the quality of learning encourages teachers to develop creative teaching methods that are relevant to students' needs. Additionally, the principal's support in the form of training, provision of facilities, and the creation of a positive working climate are key factors in building an innovative learning environment. Therefore, the principal's supervision plays a vital role in creating a progressive and adaptive school culture in response to change
