Abstract: With the inevitable digital transformation of higher education, innovative management cannot only proceed without the support of digital technologies. The new digital management platform for students is divided into four modules. By employing a mixed-methods research approach that combines qualitative and quantitative analysis, this study evaluates the effectiveness and practicality of the "Campus Helper" Mutual Aid Mini-Program. The research design involved collecting samples from over 200 students at the university, with in-depth interviews conducted with more than 50 students. The results demonstrate that the platform can foster closer connections among students, collectively building a warm, harmonious, and positive campus atmosphere.
