Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Sales Growth, Leverage, Dan Majority Shareholders Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, sales growth, leverage, and majority shareholder ownership on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2021-2023. This study used a quantitative approach with secondary data in the audited financial reports. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method based on certain criteria, resulting in 109 manufacturing companies with a total of 327 observations over three years. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression using SPSS version 27 with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that profitability had a positive effect on firm value, while sales growth, leverage, and majority shareholder ownership had a negative effect on firm value.
