Abstract: This protocol describes the procedure for fractionating complex mixtures using the Wide-Range-Polarity (WRP) method on the Isolera-Biotage system. This method employs a controlled elution gradient to separate compounds with a wide range of polarity, such as secondary metabolites from natural extracts. The method is applicable to silica gel or C18 stationary phase columns, depending on the sample characteristics.
