Demonstration of a Dense O-Band $8 \times 8$ InP Monolithic Photonic Broadcast & Select Space Switch at 100 Gb/s PAM-4

Abstract: We assess the performance of a broadcast and select, O-band$8 \times 8$space switch using 100Gb/s PAM-4 modulated data. The average power penalty at the FEC-limit is 0.8dB with 34dB OSNR and$>50 ~\text{dB}$on/off ratio.
