Abstract: The objective of this article is to discuss International Commercial Law and the arbitration it imposes. We also briefly analyze various interpretations of the changes made to arbitration law by the new Code of Civil Procedure (Law 13.105/2015). Finally, we examine the arbitration system in international trade and the advantages and disadvantages of using this system in Brazil.
