Abstract: for the Oil and Gas Product Quality Control (PMPM) practicum at the Quality and Quantity Laboratory of the Akamigas Energy and Mineral Polytechnic. This study uses the Fishbone Diagram and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) methods to identify the factors causing inefficiencies in PMPM practicum, as well as to determine improvement priorities through an assessment of the Severity (S), Likelihood (O), and Detection (D) of potential failures. The results of the study show that there are several factors that cause inefficiencies such as material measurement errors, measurement inaccuracies, or failures in tool calibration procedures. Therefore, this research produces SOPs that can optimize the use of practicum materials, increase efficiency, and ensure the quality of testing in the laboratory. With the implementation of this SOP, it is hoped that it can improve the quality of practicum and reduce material waste, as well as support more efficient resource management in the laboratory.
